At Roy Jones Jr & Jodi Solomon Boxing, we believe boxing is more than a sport—it’s a powerful tool for growth, self-expression, and character building. That’s why we offer specialized Kids Boxing Classes designed to provide children with a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment to learn, grow, and thrive.

Children often struggle to communicate their feelings, and boxing offers a healthy physical outlet for emotions. Through structured training, kids learn to channel their energy in positive ways while building discipline, respect, and confidence, skills that carry far beyond the gym.
